About Eagle
Ownership
Eagle Industrial Minerals Corp. is a Nevada corporation wholly-owned by Charles
E. Eaton, an international investment banker with over 30 years experience in
project and corporate financing.
Since 2001, Mr. Eaton has been involved in developing industrial minerals projects
in the US and Canada for his own account via EIMC. He is also the owner of Eaton
Capital Corporation, an investment banking firm established in 1990 which
specializes in the construction materials industry.
Mr. Eaton holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University
of Arizona and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.
